The law “On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on increasing the pensions” today, October 11, came into force.
The document was published in the official newspaper Voice of Ukraine on 10 October and shall come into force from the day following publication.
On 9 September it became known that the document was signed by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
The Verkhovna Rada on 3 October adopted a pension reform. N6614 for the bill in the second reading voted 288 deputies.

The minimum pension in Ukraine from October 1 will increase to 1452 UAH, but not before 1373 UAH, as previously planned. To 5.6 million pensioners pension in an average increase by UAH 692.
