The Ministry of justice of Ukraine is developing a draft law, according to which criminal liability will be involved as applicants submitting false data, and state registrars, who allowed their registration. This was announced by the Deputy Minister of justice Pavel Moroz, the correspondent ЛІГА.net.

“Criminal liability will be involved applicants, which provide the state Registrar with false information,” he said.

Registrars who doubt the veracity of the submitted data, will be able to apply to the Ministry of justice to check the authenticity of all submitted documents, said frost. In this case, to challenge the registration in a special Commission at the Ministry would be virtually impossible. “In the case of corporate disputes, the parties can resolve their issues in court,” said frost.

The bill provides for the extension of the functions of the Ministry of justice. Now the Agency may consider a complaint only in the case of treatment. After the change of legislation the Ministry will be able to check the work of the state Registrar in the case if you have any suspicions of the correctness of the transaction. “The bill now being developed,” said frost.

According to him, the document will be submitted to Parliament immediately after returning of deputies from vacation. Frost noted that now in Ukraine there are about 10 thousand registrars.
