National anti-corruption Bureau has accused the Prosecutor General and the security Service of Ukraine is that their employees are allegedly deliberately prevented the holding of a special operation aimed at identifying “participants of an organized criminal group” in the State migration service. “November 29, while documenting one of the episodes with the participation of the first Deputy Chairman of the HMS, field investigators of SBU under the guidance of the prosecutors, the GPU was illegally detained by the detective Bureau working under cover. According to NABU, he is accused of provocation of a bribe” – write to NABOO.

According to the press service of the Bureau, “actually has a place planned sabotage” against the staff of the NEB and the Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office, which was sanctioned by the Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko and implemented the SBU.

The essence of “sabotage”, according to NAB, is that officers of the SBU, using the known debt service information (on the implementation of the wiretapping of telephone numbers at the investigations Bureau), revealed it to one of those who listened, than “undid six months of the work of the detectives.” Moreover, writing in NABOO, the secret services “had recruited this person for further illegal pressure and criminal prosecution, employees of the Bureau”.

Due to the lack of NABOO rights for offline listening (while detectives can only use the resources of the SBU with the court’s permission), write to the Bureau, they, along with SAP has repeatedly warned about the risks for operational work.

According to NABU, the planned arrests of three detectives undercover, head of the 2nd unit detectives, as well as the leadership of SAP. “In the evening of November 29 at the not communicate seven representatives of NABU, who performed the operational task of documenting the episode with participation of the first Deputy Chairman of the GMS. Their whereabouts is still unknown,” – said the Bureau.

Since the start of operation in April 2017, detectives say, documented “many cases of illegal activities of OPG, composed of current and former employees of the Central apparatus and territorial subdivisions of GMS”.

The Director of the Bureau Sytnyk and head of SAP Nazar Golodnitsky on the morning of 30 November to meet with the attorney General, “because there is reason to believe that Lutsenko… wasn’t completely familiar with the details of the special operation”.

The Bureau says that “according to the materials of the case, the official herself has repeatedly voiced the requirement to obtain “encouragement” in the amount of $30 thousand: first, for a positive decision on granting a foreigner the citizenship of Ukraine, and subsequently for granting a residence permit on the territory of Ukraine”.

Earlier, the NAB declared that November 24 was exposed by the suspect who offered the employee of NABOO a bribe of $800 thousand.
