The national Bank of Ukraine will return to the businessman Alexander Yaroslavsky the documents for the purchase of Prominvestbank, as a potential buyer, there is not even preliminary purchase agreements with the parent structure – the Russian Vnesheconombank. This was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the NBU Kateryna Rozhkova, writes FinClub.

“We received the package last Friday late in the evening. On Monday we got the news because many people were interested in. Now we see that the Gorkov says that “we have no agreement”. Well, if not, we will refund the package from Prominvestbank means there is no buyer,” said Kateryna Rozhkova.

She confirmed that Yaroslavsky submitted the package of documents no consent of the Bank.

Yesterday, on December 14, the Head of Bank Sergey Gorkov has denied information about the sale of Prominvestbank Yaroskavskaya. “Mr. Yaroslavsky do with us negotiating, he led the negotiations in the beginning, in the middle of this year, before the final deal we have reached no consensus about what he will present for approval the documents to the NBU, we didn’t,” he said.
