The detectives NAB want to get a classified court decision on special confiscation, which can be used in order to return the funds to the fugitive ex-dictator, Viktor Yanukovych. This was stated by Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko in interview to journalists, the correspondent of LIGA.net.

Lutsenko stressed that Lush has signed an undertaking not to disclose information about judicial decisions.
