The Ministry of communications and mass communications of the Russian Federation prepares the decision, which will allow Crimea and Sevastopol to have a single telephony infrastructure with the Krasnodar territory, Izvestia.

The new order offered by the occupiers, will allow cell companies to avoid problems with the importation and subsequent service in the Crimea telecommunications equipment of American and European production resulting from the sanctions imposed after the annexation of the Peninsula.

It is reported that the Ministry of communications of Russia has prepared an order changing the requirements for building telephone networks. The draft document is an important innovation. According to the applicable requirements in each region, anyone working there operator must be its own node (the switch) and joining other networks. There are exceptions for such connected regions, as Moscow and the Moscow region, this infrastructure can be shared. Same situation for the occupied Crimea and Sevastopol.
