The national anti-corruption Bureau has published a video which allegedly “agent NABOO” negotiating a bribe “first Deputy head of the State migration service”. This entry was posted on the website of the NABU.
“Used legend that detective NABOO acted in the interests of foreign companies interested in the formal employment in Ukraine of its employees who are citizens of other States. The representative of NABOO has established direct contact with the first Deputy Chairman of the HMS”, – stated in the message.
Individuals in the video is not visible, but heard that a man asked the Ukrainian citizenship to a foreigner who is not a legitimate reason. In response, the source with a female voice tells us that this can be done for a bribe of at least $30 thousand, using “the only legitimate scheme”: “do” alien relatives in Ukraine, falsified DNA tests.
On the other recording you can hear the alleged “first Deputy head of GMS” requests “agent NABOO” change to other bills in the amount of 50 thousand UAH.

November 29 2017 at HMS, said that the detained “agent NABS suspected attempt to bribe the” first Deputy head of the migration service Dina Emahool.
NABOO called the charges untrue. The Bureau says that “according to the materials of the case, the official herself has repeatedly voiced the requirement to obtain “encouragement” in the amount of $30 thousand: first, for a positive decision on granting a foreigner the citizenship of Ukraine, and subsequently for granting a residence permit on the territory of Ukraine”.
30 Nov Pimanova said that not demanded a bribe, and said that, “agent NABOO” met a few months after appointment to the post of first Deputy GMS (was appointed in February 2017, – an edition), they have developed “friendships”. According to Pimanova, after he first offered the money she had contacted law enforcement. After this meeting Titancoil-boyar allegedly took place under covert control of the security services and using technical listening tools.
