The issue of recalculation of pensions to citizens who live in non-government controlled areas, the law is not defined and left open. This was stated by Minister of social policy Andrei Reva at a press Breakfast on Thursday, reports UKRINFORM.
“The issue today, the law is not defined. Accordingly, we will transfer the pensions to people who live on the uncontrolled territory, today I can’t tell you, as a General rule such allocations make the bodies of the Pension Fund at the place of residence of people. Bodies of the Pension Fund and the relevant pension database those people who live on the uncontrolled territory, we have not. And there is no physical and technical capabilities to do it,” – said Reva.
“People who had moved to the controlled territory, also there will be problems, because for the implementation of the conversion must be the case. Them the pension is paid without the case, but that the current pension. However, I can guarantee that we will resolve this issue, find a mechanism for these people has not suffered”, – the Minister added.
According to him, this question will decide in a month or two.
“When we are talking about the recalculation of pensions, the problem to be solved in a month or two, not more,” said Reva.
Earlier, Reva urged the regional branch of the Pension Fund not to allow the militants to be legalized in pension funds increased to receive Ukrainian pensions.
