The Donetsk region Prosecutor’s office approved and submitted to the court indictment against the mayor of Terezka Vladimir Sleptsova. Reports a press about it-service of Prosecutor’s office of Donetsk region.
Sleptsova is accused of committing criminal offenses under part 1 article 258-3 (creation of terrorist group or terrorist organization), part 2 article 110 (infringement of territorial integrity and inviolability) of the criminal code of Ukraine, namely, organizing and conducting the city’s illegal referendum on the proclamation of state independence of the DNR terrorist organization.
“The official April 15, 2014 presided over the meeting session of the city Council and were added to the agenda the issue of the appointment of the illegal referendum in Turecka. Besides the mayor and deputies participating in the session were representatives of the DNR terrorist organization, who urged to recognize pseudorepublic and unlawfully took and carried from the session hall of the Ukrainian flag”, – noted in press service.
Currently the blind is in custody.
On 17 August, the Prosecutor of the Donetsk region was handed Sleptsov suspicion in Commission of crimes, after which the Kramatorsk city court arrested him for 60 days without the right to bail. 13 Oct Sleptsov extended the detention for another 30 days.
July 23 in the state of national police of the Donetsk region reported that will check the activities of the mayor of Turecka.
On 13 July the head of the Department of Ukraine in Donetsk oblast Vyacheslav Abroskin said that Torect local government acts “despicable and sly” to set residents against the Ukrainian military.
According to him, officials escalate the situation and provoke, and so tired of the constant bombardment of people.
The DNI and LC – terrorist organizations seized with the support of the Russian Federation of the Donetsk and Lugansk region of Ukraine. Both organizations created, funded and maintained by Russia, where, among other things, the terrorists are getting fighters, trainers, and heavy equipment, weapons, ammunition, and fuel.
