Ukrainian and Russian military representatives at the Joint centre for control and coordination of ceasefire and stabilization of the demarcation line in the Donbass (SCCC) on Tuesday, December 19, together left temporarily occupied by militants areas of Donbass. According to him, at 10:30 the column has moved from the temporarily occupied territories, after which arrived in Soledar in the free part of the Donetsk region, where is located the headquarters of the JCCC. Veskovic noted that there are Ukrainian and Russian officers.

“The Ukrainian side will continue to carry out tasks at the JCCC, together with the monitoring mission of the OSCE,” – said the press officer.

On the question of whether the Russian side of the center in the near future to leave Ukraine, Veskovic said that “it is better to ask them.” He stressed that the SCCC was created in the framework of the implementation of the Minsk agreement and the Russian Federation, participating in its formation, assumed certain obligations.

18 December 2017, Russia has stated that it withdraws its representatives from JCCC in the Donbass. The aggressor state has also accused Ukraine of creating “serious difficulties” in the work of the centre.
