In 2006, the security Council imposed sanctions against North Korea for its ballistic and nuclear program. Usually China and Russia are considered as the basis for a possible strengthening of sanctions only testing long-range missiles or nuclear weapons.
On Tuesday, November 28, North Korea was launched missile. Presumably, it was an Intercontinental ballistic missile.
Earlier, Japan recorded the radio signals, indicating possible preparation of the next North Korea to launch a ballistic missile.
