Russian occupants detained on adminpraise of the Crimea a man who tried to escape to mainland Ukraine from house arrest. About it reports TASS.

In the message, the FSB noted that the man “tried to cross the border bypassing the established multilateral automobile checkpoint Dzhankoy”.

It was not, but the security forces found out that the 31-year-old Russian for committing theft since December of 2016, is under house arrest.

They detained him. To the man threatens till two years of prison.

On 16 August it was reported that in the Crimea, teacher Yuriy Ilchenko, which the Russian occupants accused of extremism, has escaped from house arrest.

Russia has occupied the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in 2014 year. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine officially declared on 20 February 2014 beginning of the temporary occupation of Crimea and Sevastopol by Russia. Key international organizations, including the UN General Assembly has condemned Russia’s actions and called the annexation and occupation of Crimea illegal. Against Russia were imposed economic sanctions. For the implementation by Moscow of the so-called elections with the participation of the Crimea in 2016-m to year the Parliament of Ukraine recognized the Russian state Duma is illegitimate.
