The security service of Ukraine has developed a procedure for obtaining permits for the organisers of tour events in Ukraine with the participation of the citizens of the aggressor country of Russia. About it reports press-the SBU center.

The report stresses that the intelligence agencies believe the signing by President Petro Poroshenko amendments to the law on touring activities in Ukraine “an important step to counter Russian hybrid war in the information field” and ensure national security of the country.

In the preparation of the request is served the following information:

– organizer of the tour events (name, USREOU code, Director name);

– date, time, location (city, address) and the name of the tour events;

– Full name, date of birth, stage name of a citizen or citizens of the aggressor country, which are scheduled to participate in the tour of the West, its/their affiliation to the creative team and other information that characterizes creative activity.

Earlier it was reported that the organizer shall, not later than 30 days prior to tour submit a request to the SBU if their party is a citizen of the aggressor country. SBU for 10 days gives permission for tour or denies them. Only after receiving a positive decision, the organizer may sign a contract with an artist from Russia. If the organizer violates any of the requirements, he will pay a fine of 50 to 100 minimum wages.

In addition, the SBU has initiated the introduction of criminal liability for the use of the Russian Federation of the Ukrainian politicians and officials who do not have the sanctions of law enforcement.
