Solomensky regional court of Kiev was returned to the Prosecutor’s indictment in criminal proceedings on the illegal transfer of weapons to the so-called titushky for execution of participants of Euromaidan in February 2014. This was announced by the head of the Department of special investigations of the GPU Sergey Gorbatyuk, channel 5 reports.

“The indictment charges was returned by the court to the Prosecutor, and this happened in a year and a half of the case in the preparatory meeting. The argument that except for those persons directly granting the weapon – three police officers and one representative from aunts, who had obtained weapons, in the indictment specified the persons who gave instructions. And the court believes that these individuals should not be included in the indictment. In our opinion, it’s illegal,” – said Gorbatyuk.

He added that the court’s decision, the Prosecutor’s office will appeal.

August 1, 2017 Svyatoshinsky court of Kyiv extended the five ex-Berkut officers in the case of the shootings on Instytutska 20 February 2014 the measure of restraint in form of detention.
