The state property Fund of Ukraine has started the procedure of re-privatization of 25% stake in Odessaoblenergo, Sumyoblenergo and Donbasenergo, which remained unsold during the auctions on sale of blocking stakes (25%) of the eight energy companies. The relevant order on ensuring sales packs of the shares was signed by the head of the Fund Vitaly Trebarov, reports a press-service FGIU.

According to Trebarov in the near future will be an inventory and evaluation of assets of these power companies.

“The validity of the provisional valuation of the assets has ended in a short time we will conduct a re-evaluation and its results will make a decision about issuance of these shares in the auction,” he said.

Earlier the state property Fund sold a blocking stake in PJSC Kyivenergo, PJSC DTEK Zakhidenergo PJSC DTEK Donetskoblenergo for a total amount of UAH 1.32 billion. In August was also sold shares of PJSC DTEK Dniproenergo and PJSC DTEK Dniprooblenergo. In all cases the buyer is the SCM businessman Rinat Akhmetov.
