The state property Fund of Ukraine plans to allow non-residents to rent public property. About this in Facebook wrote the first Deputy Chairman of the state property Fund Dmitry Parfenenko.
According to him, the draft order of the Fund, provided that participation in the rental of state facilities non-residents and a simplified procedure for the submission of their documents submitted for registration to the Ministry of justice.
In addition, the same order of the state property Fund wants to abolish the need for tenants to have a license for a particular activity.
“In recent years the interest of foreign companies to participate in the lease of Ukrainian facilities is increasing,” said Parfenenko.
He said that the state offers to the rental 5955 objects.
Earlier it was reported that by the end of 2017, the state property Fund expects to receive from the transfer of property to lease to 1 billion UAH.
