The United States banned government agencies to use the software supplied by Kaspersky Lab. According to The Associated Press, state governments fear that this company can be controlled by the Kremlin.

“The Department is concerned about the links between some officials of the company Kaspersky and Russian intelligence and other government agencies”, – stated in the Directive of the Ministry of internal security of the United States.

Guide Kaspersky Lab has already declared that is disappointed by this decision and that has no “unethical relations” with the authorities of the aggressor country or other countries.

The Russian Embassy in the US said that “Russophobic attacks” on the Russian media and Kaspersky only alienates “recovery prospects of bilateral cooperation” between the two States.

Previously, the largest U.S. seller of electronics and software products Best Buy, began to withdraw from its portfolio products of Kaspersky Lab in stores and online.

Prior to this, the United States excluded products Kaspersky from list of approved vendors for Federal agencies.
