The United States abolished the principle of “net neutrality” to safeguard equal access to the Internet and reduced the major providers. About it reports Radio Freedom.
Operators will now be able to block or charge for specific types of traffic or access some websites.
The plan approved by the U.S. Federal communications Commission – by three votes against two. According to the plan, will soften the rules for telecommunications companies, and reduced the control of the Federal government over Internet-sphere.
The abolition of the existing rules has caused a wave of protests, members of Congress called to complain more than a million times.
