In the United States, a Federal judge Ann Donnelly has partially suspended the decree of the President of Donald trump on the prohibition of entry of citizens of seven Islamic countries. It is reported by CNN.

Judge Donnelly, appointed to his post by President Barack Obama in 2014, in its decision said that the U.S. may be citizens of the seven Islamic States that are already in the country or are on their way to the United States, and also those who have valid visa.

The decision of the judges reported that the authorities cannot refuse entry “for individuals with applications for refugee status approved by Service of citizenship and immigration of the United States in the framework of the program of reception of refugees, holders of a valid immigration and non-immigration visas and others from Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia and Yemen, which by law can enter the United States.”

On Friday, trump had signed a decree that banned for 90 days from entering the US, the citizens of seven Muslim countries – Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia. The indignation of this decree have already expressed Facebook founder mark Zuckerberg. The Internet company Google encouraged its employees that are outside of the United States, to return to the country as soon as possible because of this decree.

Five passengers from Iraq and one from Yemen was denied boarding on a flight EgyptAir from Cairo to new York on Saturday after the signing of the trump of the decree.

On Saturday, as there was a petition of scientists against the decree trump. It was signed by 18 Nobel laureates.
