Deputies with the highest ratings – Yulia Tymoshenko, Oleg Lyashko, Yuri Boiko, Vadim Rabinovich and Dmitriy Yarosh have a low efficiency in the Verkhovna Rada and registered a large number of “legal spam”. Such data on the basis of the study “Three years of the Verkhovna Rada: how the people’s deputies” was published on Monday, the Committee of voters of Ukraine.
“Kiu in the framework of the project “Literally” reviewed the work of MPs-the leaders of the presidential rankings in the Verkhovna Rada. Analyzed the effectiveness of BP Tymoshenko, Lyashko, Boyko, Rabinovich and Yarosh, who according to opinion polls have a significant rating of electoral support as potential candidates for the post of President of Ukraine. Work MPs were evaluated on the following parameters: visit the plenary sessions of the Verkhovna Rada, attending Committee meetings, participation in voting and legislative success”, – stated in the message.
According to the CVU, these MPs and leaders have shown over the last three years poor performance in the Verkhovna Rada. “For three years Yarosh missed almost all meetings of the Rada, Tymoshenko and quickly – systematically ignored the vote, Lyashko Alexey Kozlov has registered a significant number of bills that can be considered as a legislative spam,” – said in kiu.
Yarosh called for three years only 4% of plenary sessions missed for reasons unknown 303 of 362 meetings. He also took part in only 3% of the vote, i.e. voted 296 times out of 11 thousand, the Deputy almost never attended meetings of the parliamentary Committee visited five of the 91 meeting of the Committee on national security and defence. Rabinovich, according to the CVU, ignored the half sittings for three years – in writing was 48% of meetings among the three MPs who missed the most votes. Boyko was generally in writing was 94% of the plenary sessions, but participated only in 3% of the votes. The leader of the Opposition bloc have systematically ignored the work of the parliamentary Committee, and for three years attended only one meeting of the 60. Initiated 27 bills, two of which were adopted.
Lyashko, according to CVU, in writing was 84% of plenary meetings. The leader of the Radical party missed almost half of the votes in the Parliament and half of the meetings of the parliamentary Committee visited 28 out of 68 meetings of the Committee on taxation and customs policy. The leader of RPL among MPs who logged most of the bills. For three years he initiated 333 of the bill, 69 of whom were existing regulations.
As for Tymoshenko, she, according to the CVU, called for 80% of the plenary sessions, but participated only in one third of the votes. The leader of Batkivshchyna systematically ignored the meeting of the Committee. Tymoshenko became a member of the Committee on human rights, national minorities and interethnic relations, January 15, 2015 and since then, attended only four meetings. For three years, Tymoshenko initiated 129 bills, of which 25 were acting acts.
Earlier it was reported that from the beginning of 2017 from the wages of MPs for the pass plenary sessions of Parliament was calculated to 1.7 million UAH.
