The US President Donald trump called on countries in the Middle East to start an independent struggle against extremism and terrorism and not to “wait until the American government will crush this enemy for them.” He said this in a speech addressed to 55 the leaders of Muslim countries during his visit to Saudi Arabia, reports Reuters.
He also said that the fight against terrorism “struggle between good and evil”, not a clash of civilizations.
“The peoples of the Middle East must decide what future they want for themselves, for their countries and, frankly, for their families and for their children,” said trump.
According to the President, the US cannot decide for other countries, but a better future is possible only if the country “will force out the terrorists and expel the extremists.”
At the end of his speech, trump called on all countries to cooperate to fight together, because “the United States will not lose, can not lose and nobody, absolutely nobody can beat” the United States.
