The US President Donald trump on Twitter called The New York Times fake news, and also criticized the editorial policy of this publication and the Washington Post.

“Losers from The New York Times was wrong about me from the start. Said that I would lose the primaries then in the General election. Fake news! News about me in The New York Times and The Washington Post was so false and vicious that it’s time to apologize to all my subscribers and readers,” wrote trump.

The US President also added that the said publication does not change its policy against him, and he thinks it’s unfair.

On 27 January the chief strategic Advisor of the administration of the President of the United States Donald trump Stephen Bannon called mainstream media of the country, “opposition party” and urged them to keep quiet.

Earlier, representatives of the US media approached Trump with an open letter, saying that strained relations between his administration and the journalists, no one will benefit.
