The national Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has appealed to the Ukrainian Bureau of credit histories (UBKI) with the request to pay attention to the situation around the transfer of the alleged negative credit history borrowers Bank Mikhailovsky company Fagor. This NBU reported on its official website.

Treatment is associated with citizens ‘ complaints to the regulator on the baseless negative credit history from Fagor in UBKI. In these citizens report that they have had outstanding credit debt in the Bank Michael. After the introduction of temporary administration in the Bank, borrowers began to receive notices from the company representatives Fagor demanding immediate payment of the debt on credit cards Bank. Subsequently, the representatives of Fagor announced the transmission of a negative credit history in UCBI.

“Bank Mikhailovsky today remains the only valid creditor on previously concluded agreements with financial institutions,” – says the NBU.

Upon the conclusion of a void transaction is carried out pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings that conducts the national police. To ensure that these criminal proceedings the court arrested the assets Galaxy and Fagor in their accounts in different banking institutions.
