Ukraine and the United Kingdom have amended the agreement to avoid double taxation. About it reports a press-service of the Ministry of Finance.

Finance Minister Alexander danyluk, together with the state Minister for European Affairs and America Alan Duncan today, October 9, signed a Protocol on amending the agreement on avoidance of double taxation between the governments of Ukraine and the United Kingdom of great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The conclusion of a Protocol aimed at avoiding double taxation of incomes of physical persons and legal entities that occur in the territories of both countries.

This will be achieved by dividing the taxing rights for certain types of income between the Ukraine and the UK depending on where they occur and by taking into account the tax obligations of a taxpayer of one state tax amounts paid in the territory of another state.
