In 2016 Ukraine ranked fourth in the world in the number of motor vehicles with gas equipment. These data are presented in the report of the world LPG Association (WLPGA), said NefteRynok.

According to the WLPGA at the end of 2016 in Ukraine, there were 2.25 million cars that use LPG as a motor fuel or about 9% of the world fleet.

In WLPGA add that in 2016 the world’s largest market by number of vehicles with LPG remains of Turkey, which was about to 4.44 million cars on LPG. In second place is Russia – 3 million the third position is held by Poland, where there are almost of 2.98 million cars with installed gas equipment.

All in all, at the beginning of 2017, there were 26.8 million vehicles that use LPG as fuel or about 9% of the world’s vehicles.
