The verdict in the fabricated case against the Deputy head of the Majlis of Akhtem chigusa will be appealed in the European court of human rights. About it reported in a press-service of the Ministry on the issues of the temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons in Ukraine.

The Ministry believes the conclusion of Akhtem chigusa to a violation of international law by the Russian Federation.

“The Ministry of the temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons of Ukraine condemns the criminal actions of the Russian Federation, which occupied the Crimea were assaulted by the Deputy Chairman of the Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people Akhtem Chigusa. Finally, the citizen of Ukraine is completely unacceptable and will be challenged in the European court of human rights”, – stated in the message.

Persons involved in the illegal condemnation Chiygoza – employees of the FSB, Prosecutor’s office, judges will bear responsibility under international law, the Ministry noted.

The Agency appealed to MPs with the request to adopt the law on political prisoners to those who fight for the territorial integrity of Ukraine under occupation, could count on the support and was protected by the state.
