26 Sep PJSC Ukrnafta received from the State service of Geology and mineral resources of Ukraine 9 special permits for subsoil use, which was extended for 20 years.
As the press service of the company, we are talking about permits for ZAVODSKOE, Korzhevsky, Kievskoe, South Panasov, Anastasiyevskaya, Archinskoe, Rybal’s’ke lypovodolyns’kyi and Kachanivske field (the effect of these licenses ended in 2017). These fields account for 20% of total oil production and 16% of gas Ukrnafta.
The company intends to resume production at all of the specified fields as quickly as possible, including to resume supplying gas to 8 settlements in Sumy region.
The company also hopes to extend the validity 27 of permissions, which expires next year.
“Since the spot first Deposit 31 March 2017, Ukrnafta lost about 68 thousand tons of oil and condensate and 53 million cubic meters of gas. The company also lost an income of about 1 billion UAH. and the state – nearly 330 million UAH. tax income only from rent payments” – said in the message Ukrnafta.
Earlier it was reported that Ukrnafta is considering reduction in 2017 investment programme of 500 million UAH, and the dismissal of 1,5 thousand employees due to the non-renewal of nine licenses for oil and gas production.
Naftogaz of Ukraine owns 50%+1 share in Ukrnafta, and companies within the sphere of influence Privat group, about 42% (13.6% of companies Littop Enterprises Limited and Bridgemont Ventures Limited, 12.9 per cent Bordo Management Limited, 9,9% – to other shareholders). In 2016, Ukrnafta received a net loss of 8,739 billion.
