The largest oil and gas company of Ukraine, PJSC Ukrnafta resumes drilling of horizontal well №535 on Buhruvativske field in the Sumy region. The company plans to introduce it into operation in the end of the fourth quarter of 2016, reports the press service of Ukrnafta.

The design debit of the well is 60 tons of oil per day. Earlier Ukrnafta has suspended drilling due to lack of funding.

The company also added that in the near future it is planned to continue drilling of the horizontal well №101 on Verhnemullinskoy square (Lviv region) with a design flow rate of 47 tons per day. The well will be commissioned in late 2016.

Recall that Ukrnafta plans to increase oil production at existing wells by optimizing the operation of existing equipment. It is planned to increase the depths of the descent and the purchase of new, more powerful installations of ESPs (electrical submersible pump) with the aim of increasing the capacity of each well.
