The agenda of the November plenary session of the European Parliament is missing the point about voting for the abolition of the visa requirements of the EU to Ukraine. This follows from the draft agenda of the session, which is in PDF format published on the website of the European Parliament.
In the work schedule structure there is also the consideration of the mechanism for suspension of visa-free regime, which allegedly planned to take the EU Council and the European Parliament in early November.

Previously, the Rapporteur on the visa issue in the European Parliament Maria Gabriel stated that the issue of granting Ukraine a visa-free regime may be voted in the EP for the summit EU-Ukraine on 24 November.
On 10 October the head of the EU delegation to Ukraine Hugh Mingarelli expressed doubt that Ukraine will receive visa-free travel until November 24.
