The high Council of justice refused to make a presentation to the President on the appointment of three judges in the capital’s district courts, including two suspected of making illegal decisions during the events of Maidan. About it reports a press-service of the authority.

“GSP took the decision to refuse in making representations to the President on the appointment Bilyk Alexander Vladimirovich for the position of judge of Goloseevsky district court of Kiev, Kizuka Viktor Petrovich for the position of judge of Pechersky regional court of Kiev and Nozdryakov Stanislav Viktorovich for the position of judge of the Podolsk district court of Kiev”, – stated in the message.

A member of the Public Council of integrity with High qualifications Commission of judges (vkks) the Roman Maselko, in his Facebook said that RCA rejected the idea of appointing these judges it is termless, which means that they are subject to dismissal.

Maselko said that earlier the Council of justice refused in any way to punish the judge Kitsyuk, a suspect in the pronouncement of illegal decisions on deprivation of a driver’s license avtomaydanovtsev for the trip to the residence of Viktor Yanukovych.

“Today, VSP refused to extend its powers indefinitely. It’s not a punishment, but now Kitsyuk at least going to get paid and have the status of judges”, – said the lawyer.
