The national Commission for regulation of financial services markets have allowed the businessman Alexander Yaroslavsky through a Cyprus company Lovington Holdings to buy the 74.9 percent of shares in the insurance company INGO Ukraine and thus to concentrate 99.9% of the shares of the insurer.

This is stated in the disposal of the regulator N4019 from October 10.

On 28 July the Antimonopoly Committee allowed Yaroslavl to establish control over the IC INGO Ukraine.
